摘要: Autoimmunity is influenced by genetic, immune, hormonal, and environmental factors. Viral infections may trigger autoimmunity. It has been established that autoimmunity be a contributing factor in the pathogenesis of heart disease. Anti-heart autoantibodies have identified sera patients with diseases, as well low titers certain healthy individuals. Nevertheless, role humoral immunity development autoimmune disease not fully established. Anti-myosin appear several diseases such myocarditis, dilated cardiomyopathy, Chagas' disease, Kawasaki rheumatic fever, ischemic myocardium. The pathogenic anti-myosin understood. Moreover, little known concerning clinical implications its prognostic significance. Anti-cardiac myosin were found to cross-react β-adrenergic receptor. Studies reported effective use directed immune-modulating approach animals although no specific autoantibody therapeutic attempted humans. Herein, we review current knowledge targeted therapy different diseases.
