Syndrome de Klinefelter et microinjections intraovocytaires de spermatozoïdes (revue de la littérature)

摘要: Le syndrome de Klinefelter represente historiquement la forme clinique typique l’azoospermie secretoire sans espoir d’obtenir une paternite biologique. Les methodes microinjection intraovocytaire d’un spermatozoide, soit l’ejaculât, extrait du parenchyme testiculaire, ont pu etre appliquees a des patients presentant un Klinefelter. publications que nous avons recensees jusqu’en juin 2002 font etat microinjections, partir spermatozoides ejacules, dans 9 cas avec oligospermie extreme, pour resultats globaux: 79 ovocytes matures, 52 fecondes, 31 embryons, 18 embryons transferes, 6 grossesses, 5 naissances, testiculaires, 93 cas, 347 ovocytes, 193 149 78 transferes sur 37 cycles, 24 grossesses cliniques et 2 biochimiques, 32 naissances. Bien l’on puisse tout fait suspecter biais publication (les tentatives ayant donne lieu ete publiees, les echecs n’ayant vraisemblablement pas l’objet publication), ces sont meme inattendus si on se refere au pronostic traditionnellement admis le taux aneuploides semble lui aussi inferieur ce pouvait craindre. La proportion reelle lesquels peut disposer bon potentiel developement embryonnaire reste toutefois etablir moyens permettant reperer restent preciser.
