摘要: Abstract Estimates are that one in ten grandparents will take on the role of primary carer to a grandchild for at least six months before child is age 18, including with developmental delay or disability. This article reviews current literature grandparent caregiving particular attention African-American grandmother carers and discusses stressors reports elevated symptoms depression among them.
