摘要: Abstract Estimates are that one in ten grandparents will take on the role of primary carer to a grandchild for at least six months before child is age 18, including with developmental delay or disability. This article reviews current literature grandparent caregiving particular attention African-American grandmother carers and discusses stressors reports elevated symptoms depression among them. The demographics sample 145 grandmothers children disability reported here as well result logistic regression analysis model predictors (above score 16 CES-D) depression.
