摘要: The aim of this study was to determine whether scores on two validated urinary incontinence symptom scales predicted eventual urodynamic diagnoses. Two hundred ninety-three patients undergoing multi-channel testing rated their symptoms and/or pelvic organ prolapse (POP), using the Incontinence Impact Questionnaire, Urogenital Distress Inventory, and an obstructive subscale from long form Questionnaire. Among 202 (69%) without advance-stage POP, increasing scale items related stress urge frequency diagnoses genuine (GSI) detrusor instability, respectively. 91 (31%) with there no association. all GSI, presence intrinsic sphincter deficiency could not be by responses scales. Scores were inadequate predictors diagnoses, especially among women POP.
