摘要: Abstract Measurements of I – V characteristics and DC electrical conductivity Se 85− x Te 15 Sb (where = 2, 4, 6, 8 10) glassy thin pellets, prepared by well established melt quenching technique in bulk (pellets diameter 12 mm thickness ≈1 mm were under a constant load 5 tons), have been carried out at room temperature using Keithley High Resistance Meter/Electrometer 6517A. For the recording characteristics, this equipment was used FVMI (Force Voltage Measure Current) mode. It is found evident from that glass containing 4 at. wt.% has minimum resistance allowing maximum current through sample as compared to other contents e.g. 2, 10. At Sb, rises 76% value obtained for 2 Sb. Composition dependence discussed terms bond formation between different compositions. The conduction mechanism qualitatively on basis Poole–Frenkel mechanism. Also linear relation ln ( ) 1/2 verifies type both low high voltage range. deviation ohmic behaviour lower range towards non-ohmic higher due induced effects sample.
