摘要: Abstract Azotobacter spp, are known to produce growth-promoting substances and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Cyst-forming spp. were found in three samples of bovine waste: aseptically taken from the rectal passage, at time voiding by animal, effluent a biogas digester. The multiplication azotobacters optimum moisture cow dung suggests such possibility manured soil puddles. dense population these nitrogen-fixing bacteria, producing substances, could help seedling establishment field.
