摘要: Azotobacter bacteriophages were studied using liquid as well solid enrichment cultures. The study included 16 samples representing the soils of Ruzyně, Prague. effect long-term application mineral fertilizers (N, P, K) and organic manure (straw enriched by inorganic nitrogen) to soil on their phages was investigated. Liquid enrichments yielded in fairly high titers, found most while ones only gave low titers occasional soils. On basis plaque morphology 4 different phage types obtained. Electron micrographs showed that belong groups with long non-contractile, contractile, short contractile tails. Host specificity assay majority strains A. chroococcum, vinelandii, one strain beijerinckii lysed phage, none macrocytogenes, agilis insignis lysed. Phage inactivation neutralization carried out homologous antisera. re]19741128
