摘要: The geographical imbalance of the health workforce in Tanzania represents a serious problem when it comes to delivering crucial services large share population. This study provides new quantitative information about how make jobs rural areas more attractive newly educated clinical officers (COs). A unique data set stemming from discrete choice experiment with CO finalists is applied. results show that offering continuing education after certain period service one most powerful recruitment instruments authorities have available. Increased salaries and hardship allowances will also substantially increase areas. Offers decent housing good infrastructure, including provision equipment, remote but not as much higher wages offers education. Women are less responsive pecuniary incentives concerned factors directly allow them do job, while those parents living area generally proposed policies.
