摘要: Abstract 1. In resting conscious trout, Salmo gairdneri , a gradual increase in external salinity (brackish water) resulted an immediate decline of glomerular filtration rate and urine flow. 2. These renal responses were partly blocked by the administration bretylium phentolamine. 3. The presence adrenergic nerve endings trout kidney these pharmacological results together provide evidence neural control haemodynamics. 4. action vasoactive substances innervation is discussed briefly relation to their importance for normal function.
