摘要: The following hypotheses were tested using an isolated perfused working rat heart model: (1) Collins' solution for cold storage of the is harmful during reperfusion; (2) a "reverse" intracellular-type with extracellular-type cardioplegic before reperfusion able to prevent this disadvantage solution. two major groups (I and II) five subgroups (-a -e) in each group prepared. In I (reversed group); hearts initially stored but reversed by 1-minute flush followed last 1 180 minutes total 3-hour storage, that is, I-a minute), I-b (10 minutes), I-c (30 I-d (90 I-e (180 minutes). II (nonreversed control throughout 3 hours also divided into II-a, II-b, II-c, II-d, II-e which only was performed at point corresponding I. coronary flow any showed marked decrease early period. I, however, increased significantly proportion duration reversing phase. recovery aortic cardiac output bell-shaped pattern relation phase, reaching their peak values when 30 (group I-c). prolonged reverse minutes) resulted deterioration functional associated poorer preservation high-energy phosphates larger enzyme leakage. These results suggest beneficial effects further improved because disadvantageous vasoconstriction due successfully prevented replacement intravascular extravascular reperfusion.
