摘要: The aim of the present study was to investigate anti-obesity effect a mixture composed Garcinia cambogia extract, soypeptide, and l-carnitine (1.2:0.3:0.02, w/w/w) in rats rendered obese by high-fat diet (HFD). Sprague-Dawley were fed either control (CD) or 0.38% mixture-supplemented HFD (CD + M) for 9 weeks. significantly reduced body weight gain accumulation visceral fat mass rat model HFD-induced obesity. Moreover, effectively lowered blood hepatic lipid concentrations serum glucose, insulin, c-peptide, leptin levels with Results from real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction analyses indicated that expression leptin, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), sterol regulatory element binding protein 1c (SREBP1c) genes epididymal tissue CD + M 0.4-, 0.6-, 0.48-fold, respectively, those found CD (P < 0.05), while uncoupling 2 (UCP2) gene adipose 1.25-fold (P < 0.05) rats. In conclusion, G. soy peptide, attenuated improved dyslipidemia
