摘要: Abstract Complimentary solid phase syntheses of the Freidinger lactam class β-turn mimetics have been developed using ring closing metathesis as both key carbon-carbon bond forming step and cyclative cleavage mechanism. Solid variants Fukuyama-Mitsunobu process were utilized part a rapid three-step sequence to construct immobilized precursors. An alternative is offered which utilizes an Ugi/ring reaction tandem deliver desired compounds in two synthetic operations.
