摘要: We propose a general quality-power adaptation framework that controls the perceived video quality and length of viewing time on battery-powered receivers. The can be used for standalone devices (e.g., DVD players notebooks) as well mobile receivers obtaining signals from wireless networks TV streaming over WiMAX).
