摘要: Scalable video coding offers a large choice of configurations when decoding compressed video. A single encoded bitstream can be decoded in multiple modes, from full quality mode to different degraded modes. In the bitstream, data is separated into layers, each layer containing information relative level and depending on other layers. context an energy constrained scalable decoder executed embedded multicore platform, this paper investigates consumption optimized layers quality. These numbers show that set trade-offs between offered by SHVC used precisely adapt its constraints.
