摘要: The paper investigates, both theoretically and empirically, the private demand for STD testing protection against infection with emphasis on AIDS virus (HIV) effects of public subsidies such incidence sexually transmitted diseases. We discuss theoretical conditions under which subsidizing either increases or decreases disease provide evidence empirical significance those conditions.
