摘要: FITS reagents reacted with primary alkylmagnesium halides in THF at −78 °C to give the corresponding perfluoroalkyl(Rf)-alkanes moderate good yields. But an alkyl-lithium or -copper gave a poor yield of Rf-product. The reaction secondary tertiary resulted low yields products. Alkynyl-lithiums -magnesium produced Rf-alkynes favorable aryl vinylmagnesium halide was complex and Rf derivatives were low. also smoothly enolate anions active methylene compounds such as 2-methyl-1,3-cyclopentanedione, ethyl 2-methylacetoacetate, 2-oxocyclopentanecarboxylate polar solvent afford O- C-perfluoroalkylation products yields, ratios O-/C-Rf depending on temperature. Anions diethyl 2-methylmalonate 2-nitropropane afforded C-Rf-compounds only.
