摘要: The equation of motion method for the Green's functions is applied to study behaviour pairs interacting two-level tunnelling units, coupled with a phonon field calculate, within framework small-polaron theory, dynamic susceptibilities and relaxation rates system. Explicit expressions these quantities are obtained in Debye approximation.
