摘要: Abstract By means of high-temperature deformation, stacking faults, dislocations and dislocation pairs have been induced abundantly in the Al70Co15Ni15 decagonal phase. Burgers vector b , their directions, senses magnitudes, were determined by large-angle convergent-beam electron diffraction (LACBED). Moreover, three kinds small-angle grain boundaries (SAGBs) observed an annealed phase: (1) a tilt boundary consisting edge wall; (2) twist parallel screw pairs; (3) mixed network.
