摘要: Abstract Quasicrystalline and crystalline phase transitions observed during in situ heating the transmission electron microscope of amorphous thin films Al–Co–Cr–Fe–O system have been studied. In particular, film at 750°C 2 h, grains with decagonal quasicrystalline structure were developed. This presents a periodicity 1.4 nm along c -axis its tenfold diffraction pattern indicates existence phason strains structure. X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy microanalysis showed high relative concentration Al compared Cr, O Fe grains, energy-loss confirmed presence oxygen these grains. All this resulted nominal composition 58 Cr 28 17 5 for (i.e. is an oxygen-containing phase). Cobalt was only detected whose corresponds to phases such as 13 Co 4 , well known approximant quasicrystal.
