Synthesis and molecular recognition properties of DNA- and RNA-base-functionalized oligo- and polythiophenes

摘要: Abstract An uracil-substituted bithiophene, a corresponding poly(bithiophene) and an ‘end-capped’ terthiophene have been synthesized. Their molecular recognition properties investigated. Both bithiophene show modification in the cyclovoltammograms presence of complementary adenine derivative while electrochemical are not altered.
