摘要: Significant growth in number of smartphone users and applications running on them has been observed recent decade. The require diverse amount data bandwidths based their interactivities. Data hungry demand huge plan whereas a background application is satisfied with minimum amount. Thus, should be allocated required budget such way that resource wastage minimized user experience maximized. In this paper, we develop prioritized dynamic allocation policy for ensuring optimal to each improve system performance. regard, formulate linear programming optimization function maximizes the utilization minimizes wastage. We also runtime monitoring technique estimating future bandwidth utilization. Experimental results confirm performance goes up using proposed algorithm proves effectiveness algorithm.
