Bandwidth management method for heterogeneous wireless network

摘要: The integration of heterogeneous networks is a trend Fourth Generation (4G) systems. But with more integrating network technologies, bandwidth management complicated. This paper proposes method, called Bandwidth Management and Disposition (BMD). BMD calculates the Reword Point (RP) to quantify Mobile Host's (MH) requests, Upgrade Rank (UR) or Downgrade (DR) upgraded downgraded sequence bandwidth, respectively. In future, when new service type technology created, proposed system functions also can be directly applied. analyzes feasible than other existed methods. simulated results demonstrate functionality BMD. incremental rate achieved request 12.52% usage 2.4% We conclude that facilitates further development wireless communication networks.
