摘要: Knowing the concentrations of biological substances can help ascertain physiological and pathological states. In present study, a minimally invasive microperfusion needle was developed for measuring in subepidermal tissue. The has flow channel with perforated membrane through which from tissue are extracted. Since this device uses thin steel acupuncture as base substrate, it sufficient rigidity insertion skin. efficacy examined by lactate glucose mice. Lactate injected intraperitoneally, changes over time were measured using device. blood also reference. successfully collected needle, concentration perfused saline significantly correlated concentration. Glucose solution administered orally, newly be used monitoring substances.
