摘要: A mobile station UE chooses an appropriate domain for originating AV communication without causing connection delay even when roaming. method according to the present invention includes steps of: a mobility management node MME in LTE network send “ATTACH ACCEPT” containing provision capability information indicating of providing network; and determine, based on information, whether perform via IMS or by circuit switching communication.
