摘要: The epicanthal fold is a semilunar flap of eyelid skin on the medial aspect eye. Many surgical techniques have been described to eliminate fold, which feature uniquely predominant among Asian population. However, many surgeons avoid epicanthoplasty because fear visible scar formation.
