摘要: Many correlational studies have established relationships between certain driver behaviours (e.g. seat belt wearing) and the likelihood of crash survival; similarly cigarette smoking premature mortality. Apparently on implicit assumption an “open loop” relationship cause effect, governments other agencies seen reason in such findings to encourage people wear belts refrain from smoking.
