摘要: When considered at the aggregate level, a weak level of validity was found for unstructured panel interviews in prediction job performance and training success corrections officers. Aggregate analyses also revealed that judgments made small incremental contribution to relative paper credentials two sources information were only weakly related. However, considerable variation simple individual members among subgroups panels. The findings suggest underestimate typical interview.
