摘要: This research investigated empirical issues regarding the validity of individual interviewers’(N= 62) ratings collected after a structured interview. Each interviewer rated an average 25 interviewees. One hypothesis examined but not supported was that systematic errors will attenuate interview when data are aggregated across interviewers. Also averaged interviewers compared to consensus ratings; were shown have significantly probably practically higher validities. Third, meta-analysis validities revealed all variance in could be attributed sampling error. Results and implications discussed.
