The Magnetic Properties of Ferroelectric and Ferromagnetic Ni-Cl Boracite at Low Temperature

摘要: The magnetic torque of Ni-Cl boracite single crystals was measured at 4.2-77°K in a field up to 6700 Oe. From the jump angular dependence torque, spontaneous magnetization compd. 4.2°K calcd. as 0.72 emu/g. temp. is due fact that weak ferromagnet below 9.7°K and collinear antiferromagnet with sublattice moment c direction between 9.7 25°K.
