摘要: Quasistatic and dynamic measurements of the magnetic field induced magnetoelectric polarization (MEH effect) have been performed in weakly ferromagnetic/ferroelectric/ferroelastic phase point group m’m2’ Ni‐Cl boracite between 1.8 9 K (=TC) above. For first time quadratic MEH effect has measured separated from linear one. The results allow us to discard existence a previously assumed antiferromagnetic mm2 25 K. Above K, is paramagnetic (mm21’). coefficients (α23, α32) (β311, β322, β333, β223) are given for 4.2 α32 β322 also vs temperature.
