Scoping review protocol on non-pharmacological interventions for interpersonal and self-directed violence in adults with severe mental illness.

摘要: Introduction Violence committed by people with mental illness has implications for health policy and clinical practice. Several strategies to reduce the risk of aggressive violent behaviour have been proposed, these include non-pharmacological interventions. There is, however, a need identify which interventions are effective, as first step, we will conduct scoping review self-directed or interpersonal violence in adults severe across different conditions settings. Methods analysis This is protocol. The any randomised controlled trials (RCTs) cluster RCTs that assess efficacy on no restrictions control treatment setting. No be applied terms language date publication. To studies, search performed following databases: Embase, MEDLINE (via PubMed), PsycINFO, CINAHL, LILACS, SciELO, Cochrane Library, Web Science, Scopus, ProQuest, Epistemonikos databases trials. Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) statement followed reporting findings, including use PRISMA flow diagram. A standardised form used extract data from studies. findings classified using conceptual categories specified detail descriptive summary main results created. Moreover, it assessed whether studies identified included systematic reviews meta-analyses generate map. Ethics dissemination patients other participants involved this study. We prepare manuscript publication peer-reviewed journal presented at conferences.
