摘要: Building on evidence from the field of risk perception and communication, two key roles argumentation in crisis management are highlighted: (1) balancing trust construction persuasive goals prevention preparedness, (2) ensuring time-efficient cross-examination choice options group decision making at a time crisis. The implications for an information fusion approach to discussed, suggesting rich potential future research.
