摘要: Our previous karyotypic studies of malignant human gliomas have demonstrated that their most consistent early or primary gross changes include gains #7, losses #10, #22, and the gonosomes, presence double minutes. Karyotypes 15 additional reported here confirmed these observations and, by enlarging our series, we can now show in addition to minutes, certain other structural abnormalities also are clearly associated with evolution this type tumor. The prevalent deviations deletions translocations involving 9p. Other chromosomes commonly involved rearrangements #1, #6, #13, less frequently #11, #16.
