摘要: Using horse radish peroxidase (HRP) and HRP-Iabeled concanavalin A, we ex amined intracellular tr,!nsport pathways in endodermal cells of the rat visceral yolk sac. Morphologically, membrane-bound structures these were re garded as coated vesicles, apical vacuoles, lysosome canaliculi. The vesicles further classified into three groups; large, medium-sized small vesicles. Those large size found only supranuclear cytoplasm, while those medium-size, basolateral cytoplasm. Small cytoplasm Golgi areas. It is well known that vacuoles lysosmes are directly involved endocytosis which occurs at sur face, canaliculi, membrane recyling from to cell membrane. Histochemically, by· 30 min, labeled with tracers but 60 some noted also These findings suggest though most substances membrames endocytosing surface transported lysosmes, might be areas form medium sized not histochemical tracers, suggesting they endocytosed
