摘要: This paper analyzes the evolution of public policies on nuclear energy from an international perspective highlighting interesting sociological paradox: opposition to power contributed development environmental movement; and at present, promoters this kind are including arguments in their discourses, fear climate change reduction CO2. Although Kyoto Protocol does not accept as a clean mechanism (CDM), its promotion is carried out basis environment objectives, so that lobby obtaining more social acceptation thanks discourse last four decades.
