摘要: This paper analyzes the evolution of public policies on nuclear energy from an international perspective highlighting interesting sociological paradox: opposition to power contributed development environmental movement; and at present, promoters this kind are including arguments in their discourses, fear climate change reduction CO2. Although Kyoto Protocol does not accept as a clean mechanism (CDM), its promotion is carried out basis environment objectives, so that lobby obtaining more social acceptation thanks discourse last four decades. For research, level analyzed inside wider research about debate financed by Encuentro Foundation (Spain).
