摘要: This paper describes the importance of diet in cardiovascular disease prevention. Different aspects are discussed: nutrients, single foods/food groups and dietary patterns. The evidence regarding impact on intermediate risk factors (such as blood pressure cholesterol levels) endpoints discussed.
