摘要: In this research, a novel IMAC sorbent with high specificity for chlorine-containing compounds was developed. Ni-functionalized monodisperse spherical mesoporous silica particles of 500±25nm diameter were synthesized and their metal affinity properties studied the use diclofenac as model substance. The aggregatively stable in pH range 3-12. demonstrated adsorption capacity (0.60±0.06μg DCF per 1mg sorbent) adsorption/desorption rate (20 5min enough saturation desorption DCF, correspondingly). A mixture eluents addition PFOS providing almost complete recovery (98%) first proposed. monodispersity sedimentation aggregative stability provide formation hydrosol even under ultrasound treatment which makes mSiO2/Ni suitable batch chromatography.
