摘要: Objectives: To investigate whether there is a relationship between serum 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D3 [1,25(OH)2D3], which an inhibitor of angiogenesis, concentrations and severity diabetic retinopathy (DR). Design methods: Serum 1,25(OH)2D3, 25 hydroxy D [25(OH)D] parathormone (PTH) were measured in patients (n = 66) nondiabetic healthy subjects 20). Results: The mean 1,25(OH)2D3 concentration was lower than that nondiabetics (57.3 ± 21.44 vs 89.4 18.01 pmol/L, p < 0.001); fell with increasing DR [being 63.4 17.26 pmol/L for background (BDR), 47.7 13.27 preproliferative (pre-PDR), 43.1 19.45 proliferative (PDR)]. Compared the control group, 25(OH)D found to be decreased (p 0.001).There negative correlations age (r −0.331, 0.01) duration diabetes −0.255, 0.05). Conclusion: From these findings, it inverse retinopathy, i.e., neovascularization, concentrations, being lowest PDR highest without (NDR) patients. measurement might helpful predict mellitus.
