摘要: In order to elucidate some aspects of the epidemiology listeriosis in Switzerland, 181 strains Listeria monocytogenes isolated from humans, animals, food, and environment have been analyzed by multilocus enzyme electrophoresis at 21 loci. The clone responsible for several recent food-borne outbreaks Switzerland North America (marked electrophoretic type 1 serovar 4b) has found frequently among animals. Thus, animals may represent a major source diffusion this which it only sporadically, however. Two other unrelated clones (including belonging serovars 1/2b 1/2c) often meat but not These findings indicate that contamination with L. might originate mainly is processed rather than themselves. This could explain differences distribution
