摘要: To clarify the arrangements of collagen and elastin fibers urinary bladder, we examined 9 human (male, aged 42 to 72) bladders by scanning electron microscopy with chemical digestion methods. The mucosal layer was divided into 3 portions according arrangement: superficial portion interwoven densely fibrils, middle layered flat bundles fibrils deep made a loose network twisted bundles. In muscular layer, smooth muscle fascicles were firmly covered sheets, while each cell in fascicle accommodated thin sheath fibrils. serosal consists wavy piled up sheet, which intercalated clusters adipose cells. Elastic were, on other hand, sparse throughout bladder wall, except for denser networks around blood vessels beneath peritoneal mesothelium. these components discussed relation mechanical function compliance bladder.
