摘要: This study was performed to clarify the structure of muscle cells and arrangement surrounding collagen fibrils in guinea-pig urinary bladder by scanning electron microscopy with two different chemical-digestion methods. Morphological changes under stretching contraction were also examined. The smooth empty shaped like an unbranched stick 130μm long. They elongated 360μm distended bladder, 48μm contracted bladder. These have short lateral processes touching neighboring end-to-side fashion. Longitudinal striations on cell surface due rows caveolae dense bands recognizable irrespective extended or conditions. Transversely arranged wrinkles, which considered be produced enfolding during contraction, marked cells. Each accommodated a thin lace-like sheath made both separate smallbundled fibrils. That part one often participate another suggested that sheaths not only modulate shape but provide serving co-ordinated motion
