Effectiveness of a multimodal training programme to improve general practitioners' burnout, job satisfaction and psychological well-being.

摘要: The changes in the models of care for mental disorders towards a community focus and deinstitutionalisation might have risen General practitioners’ (GPs) workload, increasing their health concerns need solutions. Pragmatic research into improving GPs’ work-related psychological well-being is limited by focusing mainly on stressors through not providing systematic attention to development positive via interventions that develop resources capacities. aim this study was twofold: a) determine effectiveness an intensive multimodal training programme GPs designed improve management mental-health patients; b) ascertain if program could be also useful own burnout, job satisfaction well-being. Eighteen constituted control group underwent routine clinical Mental support primary care. An experimental (N = 20) additionally received Multimodal (MTP) with Integrated Brief Systemic Therapy (IBST) approach. Through questionnaires interview, level professional satisfaction, psychopathological state various indicators quality administrative healthcare were analysed at baseline 10 months after programme. In relation government patients indicators, one hand MTP showed statistically significant improvements certain parameters, but other it did opinions attitudes illness. Regarding assessments, presented better scores global evolution work; psychopharmacology use dropped both groups; contrast, burnout levels.
