摘要: The present work describes a comprehensive study on the interactions between two components, namely, CdTe quantum dots (QDs) and tyrosine-bradykinin (tyr-BK), explores feasibility of probing bradykinin by simple fast dot based optical method. spectroscopic studies suggest that three amino acids are possibly involved in QDs tyr-BK, leading to conformational change bradykinin. It was also observed through isothermal calorimetry interaction is an entropy driven process. luminescence increases significantly even presence micromolar concentrations tyr-BK. enhancement follows Langmuir binding isotherm, its dependence size QD, solvent polarity, salt effect has been investigated. lifetime measurements indicate possible association strategy able detect range...
