摘要: This communication reports on O2 reduction with a biocathode composed of poly(3-methylthiophene) (P3MT) and laccase based direct electron transfer (DET). The was fabricated simply by adsorption P3MT film which formed gold electrode electrochemical polymerization. Properties the were examined measuring steady-state currents at an arbitrary potential in buffer solutions saturated or N2 room temperature. Efficient achieved biocathode, attributed to DET from laccase. gave current density -150μA/cm(2) +0.40V (vs. Ag/AgCl). onset +0.64±0.01V Ag/AgCl) pH4.5. became maximum pH range 4.0-5.0. dependency is corresponding that activity native In addition, increased markedly increasing amount charge passed through formation film.
