摘要: This paper assesses impact of accessibility corresponding to three distinct modes urban transportation. The Alonso hypothesis residents being fully compensated for rents increasing with proximity CBD by employment opportunities is tested application a hedonic model using micro level data explain standard land values in Berlin.
