摘要: Absenteeism/illness is the worker absence with a medical license. The present paper has purpose to identify problems of health that happen nursing workers in university hospital, using index absenteeism-disease. It was also our objective, compare incidence relation professional category, work place and genre workers. accomplished retrospective survey absences under license, registered period one year. data obtained human resources institution. indexes absenteeism-disease were calculated, their causes identified. results show major frequency Pediatrics (If=0.35) percentage wasted time Emergency Health Service (Tp=4.19%). most frequent happened Service, Intensive Care Unit, Pediatrics, related mainly breathing genitourinary systems, organs senses. greatest number caused by occurred among assistant nurses.
