摘要: Abstract By means of neutron activation analysis, the concentrations copper, zinc, manganese, sodium and potassium were estimated in endometrium cervical mucus sixteen women using Cu-T device. Copper zinc levels plasma also determined as well protein concentration endometrium. Specimens taken both proliferative secretory phase before insertion, during one year's use first two cycles after removal The release copper from devices was assessed. a resulted significant increase endometrium, which remained elevated increased three cycles, but not thereafter, whereas it significantly even 11–12 with situ . There marked six treatment especially phase. No changes occurred copper. gradual decrease Furthermore, there manganese following Cu-T, did normalize no consistent systematic change endometrial sodium; however, diminished. to be 10.3 mg per year (range 7.4–13.5 mg). data obtained indicate that — months daily device (approximately 45 μg) is almost constant (Cu-T 200).
