摘要: Adolescents are particularly vulnerable to sleep and circadian disturbances, which is a risk factor for substance use initiation involvement. In this review, we briefly describe normal changes in adolescent rhythms then evidence that identifies disturbances as predictor of adolescence. We also possible mechanisms the relationship between sleep/circadian use, well modifying factors, through recent longitudinal studies. Accumulating studies support an array factors use. Evidence suggests mismatch developmental environmental demands contributes impacts reward functioning emotion regulation leading increased risk-taking impulsivity. At same time, adolescents more likely try cope with daytime sleepiness using caffeine stimulants could turn alcohol sleeping aid when having difficulty falling asleep, further disturbs timing. Current literature during adolescence contribute disorders (SUDs). implicates poorer disruption system brain, due potential contributing risky behavior adolescence, such
