摘要: Abstract A chemosensor was synthesized conveniently by the condensation between 7-diethylaminocoumarin and barbituric acid, which used successfully for detection of hypochlorite hydrazine with excellent performances. This underwent remarkable color change turn off fluorescence in solution, while revealed on filter paper presence hypochlorite. In addition, it exhibited obvious enhancement no test after addition N2H4. As a result, this could be potential candidate different media through two distinct response modes. It realize water low concentration 2 μM strip, trace aqueous solution living HepG2 cells mean signal. Moreover, sensing mechanisms towards were suggested HRMS 1H NMR spectra, coumarin structure destroyed acid removed hydrazine, respectively.
