摘要: The effect of heat treatment duration the properties specimens prepared on basis composite composition HCBS in Al2O3–SiO2–SiC system is studied. With a content 10 and 30% SiC its fineness varies within limits 3 – 200 μm. Amethod proposed for evaluating degree oxidation material. Depending specimen this index limit 50 100%. Maximum values σben σco SiC-containing reach 80 390 MPa respectively.
